WILLIAM R. COLEMAN, M.D. was born and raised in Los Angeles. He attended the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated magna cum laude and received Department of Biology Honors and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. He received his doctorate with Department of Medicine Honors and membership in Alpha Omega Alpha from UCLA. Dr. Coleman's dermatology training was also at the UCLA Medical Center where he additionally served as Chief Resident. An Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA as well as a consultant dermatologist for CSUN, Dr. Coleman has written many articles on skin disease and has conducted clinical research on psoriasis and skin cancer. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and he is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. |
